If you are not satisfied with your purchase, your unopened item may be returned within 7days from the date it is delivered to you. Your return must include the Product(s) you wish to return along with:

  • All packing materials.
  • All guides.

If any return shipment does not contain all of these items or if the item is damaged, your exchange or return request may be denied, or the customer will be subject to a repackaging fee up to the value of the item, and to be determined on a case by case basis.

Brand New/Unopened – All unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days the date it was delivered to you (the customer). Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

Used/Opened – opened or used bottles are not eligible for returns.

Damaged product – If your product arrives damaged, save everything that arrived and contact Emergency Survival Tabs immediately to begin the process of an exchange.

Return Shipping – The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns to Emergency Survival Tabs. No C.O.D. shipments from customers will be accepted. Emergency Survival Tabs will also not incur the cost of any express shipping. We encourage all of our customers to insure their return package in the case that it is lost or damaged. Return shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Return/Exchange Process

Our team at Emergency Survival Tabs has also put together a process for product returns and exchanges that should be quite simple and easy for anyone to execute. All you need to do is request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and following the steps below:

Submit for an RMA number. Please be sure to include the following information in your RMA request:

  • Order Number
  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Your request for Refund or Exchange and the reason

Our RMA department will email you within 24 business hours of your request, asking a few specific questions regarding the reason for your return.

Respond to the email from RMA department with all answers completed.

Once all answers are received, an RMA number will be emailed to you, along with instructions on how to return your product.

Return product within 10 days of receiving the RMA number.

Once your package is received back in our warehouse, the item will be evaluated and we will process your refund/exchange within 5-10 business days.

Once an RMA number has been assigned, the return product must be shipped within 10 days. If it is not shipped within 10 days, a new RMA number will need to be requested. No returns without an RMA will be accepted and all items shipped for a return or exchange without an RMA will be returned to the customer at our leisure. We cannot process any returns and are not responsible for any items shipped without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any missing or lost items.
